New Heat Source - Collider Heat Source

Any object with a collider can have this new heat source variant. Any temperature monitor within the collider will receive the full temperature contribution.

In addition to creating this new child class I also made some changes to the source code to make it more modular and shift the temperature calculation code from the temperature control class to the individual heat source classes. The UI has also been updated to allow you to place either a radius or collider heat source and set the appropriate settings.
